Who it's for
VIBE is designed for young people aged 16–25 from communities that are underrepresented in the UK technology workforce. No prior commercial experience is required — curiosity and commitment matter most.
Cohorts run alongside our client work so participants learn from practitioners and contribute to real outcomes. Partners and referral organisations are welcome to get in touch about cohort planning.
