About the Role

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for local businesses, helping them discover how VividBlock's services can streamline their operations and protect their data. Your role will focus on connecting with potential clients, building relationships, and identifying their IT and digital needs. What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage with local businesses that could benefit from cybersecurity, IT services, or digital solutions.
  • Promote VividBlock's innovative offerings, including AI-powered tools, custom app development, and cutting-edge web solutions.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand their challenges and explore how we can help.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.

What We're Looking For

  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Someone passionate about technology and eager to learn about IT services, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
  • Self-motivated and ready to take ownership of your role.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is welcome, but not required — we'll support your growth.
