VIBE is more than just an internship. It’s a hands-on learning experience designed to equip young people with real-world exposure to IT, business processes, and digital innovation.
Why We Created VIBE
As an IT and digital solutions provider, we see the growing need to bridge the gap between education and the workplace. Many young people leave school or college uncertain about their future in tech. Some are curious about IT but unsure how to enter the sector. Others are seeking clarity, mentorship, and opportunity.
VIBE was created to respond to this need—with a focus on practical experience, community connection, and social impact.
What VIBE Offers
The VIBE programme is tailored to help participants:
- Understand how technology supports modern businesses
- Engage with real IT and cybersecurity use cases
- Build communication and confidence through content creation and project collaboration
- Explore themes such as cloud systems, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and business IT
- Visit local businesses we support, speak to staff, and explore real challenges
- Learn by doing—contributing to blogs, discussions, and business research
Programme Support
Each VIBE participant is also supported with:
- A structured onboarding and mentoring process
- Daily activities and prompts to build awareness and reflection
- Access to real projects, tools, and professionals in the tech space
- A small stipend and recognition certificate upon completion
